Chris Neff enters his sixth year as NSU’s assistant athletics director for strength and conditioning in 2019-20. In that capacity, he oversees and implements the strength and conditioning programs for all 15 of the Spartans’ athletics teams.

Neff is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a Tactical Strength & Conditioning Facilitator (TSAC) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association as well as certified as a Level 1 Sports Performance Coach through USA Weightlifting. He earned his Master of Education in sport management from Old Dominion University and his Bachelor of Science Degree in exercise science from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Neff and his wife, the former Lauren Liles, and daughter, Alexandra, reside in Virginia Beach.
