2015 (Senior)
All-MEAC first-team selection at defensive back … Voted to the Virginia Sports Information Directors (VaSID) all-state second team … Started all 11 games at cornerback … Made 41 tackles on the year, including 21 solos and two for lost yardage … Intercepted two passes and deflected 12 others … Forced three fumbles, most on the team … Tied for first in the MEAC and 16th in the nation (FCS) in passes defended per game (1.27 avg.) … Tied for second in the conference in forced fumbles … Had seven of his pass breakups in consecutive games with ODU, Marshall and Hampton … Made five tackles and deflected two passes at ODU … Made six tackles, one for loss, forced a fumble and added two pass breakups at Marshall … Recorded six stops, intercepted his first pass of the year, and deflected three other passes in the win over Hampton … The four passes defended against Hampton were a career high … Also intercepted a pass and broke up two others in the loss to North Carolina A&T … Had five tackles at Bethune-Cookman … Forced a fumble, deflected a pass and had one tackle for loss at North Carolina Central … Made three tackles and broke up one pass in the win over Savannah State … Notched four tackles with one PBU and had five stops and a forced fumble in the season finale with Morgan State.

Played in each of NSU’s 12 games at cornerback … started once, against William & Mary … made 22 tackles on the year, including 11 solo stops … had one tackle for loss, one interception, one fumble recovery and five pass deflections … recovered a fumble on special teams and also made two tackles in his first game as a Spartan, the season-opener at Maine … had three solo tackles and an interception at William & Mary … made two solo tackles in the win over Morgan State … deflected a season-high three passes in the win at Savannah State … recorded three tackles, one for a loss, and one pass breakup at Hampton … also had a pass deflection and a pair of tackles at Florida A&M … contributed three tackles against Bethune-Cookman and a season-high four in the finale at S.C. State.
At UMass
Played in 23 games over his two seasons at Massachusetts and started three times … amassed 46 tackles, two tackles for loss and eight pass breakups over his two years at UMass … as a freshman in 2012, Williams started one time and played in 11 contests, leading the Minutemen with six pass breakups … finished the season with 17 tackles, one for a loss, and one forced fumble … had a career-high seven tackles and three pass deflections against Bowling Green … also deflected three passes against Buffalo … as a sophomore in 2013, Williams made 29 tackles, one for a loss, and two pass breakups … tallied five tackles at nationally-ranked Wisconsin.
High School
A three-year starter and four-year varsity player at Salem … first-team All-Beach District and second-team All-Tidewater selection as a senior … made 45 tackles and three interceptions while helping the Sun Devils win the district title … was a second-team all-district pick as a junior, when he recorded 50 tackles and two interceptions … intercepted three passes as a sophomore.
