Biography

2016 (Senior)
Played in all 11 games and started nine times (all but the season-opener vs. ECSU and season finale vs. Hampton) … Was fourth on the team with 24 catches for 210 yards and one touchdown … Made three catches for 14 yards, including a 7-yard TD for his first career TD reception, in the opener against ECSU … Had career highs of six catches for 69 yards against Howard … Caught at least one pass in all 11 games.

2015 (Junior)
Played in the first four games of the year and started the first three contests … Made five receptions for 75 yards on the year, all in the first two games … Caught two passes for 23 yards at Rutgers … Also attempted one pass on a trick play, but it was intercepted … Made three catches for a career-high 52 yards at Old Dominion … Also started the Marshall game … Suffered a season-ending knee injury on a punt return against Hampton in the fifth game of the year.

2014 (Sophomore)
Saw time in 10 games … Started the contest with Liberty … Made five receptions for 41 yards on the season … Made two catches against both Savannah State (10 yards) and Delaware State (20 yards) … Caught one pass for 11 yards in the win at Florida A&M.

2013 (Freshman)
Played in all 12 games during his rookie season … A reserve wideout who also played special teams on occasion … Finished the season with 11 catches for 123 yards … Had three receptions for 27 yards against Savannah State … Made his first career start the following week at Delaware State, catching one pass for 14 yards … Also caught an 8-yard pass vs. Hampton … Had his longest reception of the year at Bethune-Cookman, taking a short pass and turning it into a 37-yard gain … Had a season-high four catches for 32 yards at N.C. Central.

High School
Earned three varsity letters in football … Named to the All-Beach District second team as a senior … caught 33 passes for 402 yards and three touchdowns … Also had offers from Hampton and VMI … Ranked the No. 24 recruit in The Virginian-Pilot’s top 50 rankings for South Hampton Roads … Helped Salem win the Beach District title his junior year.
