2017 (Senior)
Played in all 11 games and started 10 times … Named to the All-MEAC third team for the second straight year … Ranked second on the team and fifth in the MEAC with 88 total tackles … Also forced three fumbles, tied for sixth in the MEAC … Reached double figures in tackles four times, with a high of 15 against Hampton … Made 14 tackles against William & Mary … Was in on 10 tackles against Florida A&M and North Carolina Central … Returned a fumble 38 yards for a touchdown vs. FAMU, and also forced another fumble leading to a turnover later in that game … Had a fourth-quarter interception which helped seal the win over No. 25 NCCU … Recorded nine tackles and a force fumble against both Virginia State and No. 1 James Madison … Tallied 1.5 sacks against Savannah State.

2016 (Junior)
Started the first nine games of the season … Named to the All-MEAC third team … Missed the final two games of the season due to injury … Finished second on the team and third in the MEAC in tackles per game, at 8.1 (73 in nine games) … Added five tackles for loss, one sack, one interception, three pass deflections, a forced fumble and two quarterback hurries for the season … Opened the year with six tackles and a sack in the win over Elizabeth City State … Added seven stops at Richmond and had nine tackles and an interception against N.C. 2015 (Sophomore)
Played in all 11 games and started the final nine contests of the season … Made his first start of the season at Marshall at inside linebacker, then started the final eight games at outside linebacker … Finished second on the team and 23rd in the MEAC with 66 total tackles (26 solo) … Was third on the team in tackles for loss (eight) … Made four assisted tackles at Marshall … In his first start at outside linebacker, Archie made six tackles, intercepted a pass and broke up another in the victory over Hampton … Reached double figures in tackles for the first time at Howard, finishing with 10 tackles, a career-high 3.5 for loss, including a sack and a quarterback hurry … Made seven tackles, half for a loss, against N.C. Saw action in 11 of 12 games as a freshman and started one game (vs. Liberty) … Made 12 tackles on the season, including three solo stops … Made a career-high three tackles against both Maine and Hampton … Deflected two passes in the Liberty game … Named to the NSU Athletics Director’s Honor Roll for the spring 2015 semester.

Four-year letterwinner in football … Played his first three seasons at Tallwood High in Virginia Beach before transferring to Norcom in Portsmouth his senior season … Named the Eastern District Defensive Player of the Year as a senior … Also first-team All-Eastern District, All-Region 4A South and All-Tidewater … Amassed 132 tackles, 13 tackles for loss, nine sacks, five forced fumbles and one interception … Helped Norcom reach the second round of the state playoffs … Was also named the city Athlete of the Year in his final prep season … Was second-team All-Beach District as a junior, when he tallied 90 tackles, nine tackles for loss and seven sacks.
