Played and started in five games at right tackle as a true freshman … After not playing the first four games, made five straight starts (FAMU, Hampton, NCCU, Savannah State, N.C. A&T) … Missed the final two games due to injury.

Played both offensive and defensive line at McEachern … Helped McEachern post and 11-2 record and advance to the Class 7A state playoff quarterfinals as a senior … Was a three-year letterwinner.
