2012 (Junior)
Played in 10 games and started seven times at quarterback … made a mid-season position switch from QB to receiver following the S.C. State game … did not play against Delaware State, then saw time at receiver and on special teams in games vs. Hampton and Bethune-Cookman … returned to QB during the N.C. A&T game, then started the final two games of the year under center … led NSU with 1,067 passing yards and seven passing TDs … completed 99 of 175 passes (56.6 percent) with nine interceptions … also ran 64 times for 300 yards, third-most on the team … was sixth in the MEAC in passing efficiency and ninth in both passing yards per game (106.7) and total offense (136.7 ypg) … started at QB in all four NSU wins … rushed 13 times for 76 yards and also completed 9-of-14 passes for 62 yards in the victory at Liberty … set career highs in completions (30), attempts (48), passing yards (387), passing TDs (four) and total offense (423 yards) in the 37-36 OT loss against Howard … passed for 327 yards and all four of his touchdowns after halftime … passed for 429 yards with three scores in the final two games … posted career high rushing numbers of 14 carries for 116 yards in the win over Savannah State … also completed 17-of-28 passes for 213 yards and a score in that game … was 14-of-26 for 216 yards and two touchdowns in the win over Morgan State
2011 (Sophomore)
Played in 10 games and started once … did not play during the Hampton and Old Dominion games … completed 9-of-17 passes for 156 yards for the season … did not throw a touchdown or an interception … used primarily as a runner in NSU’s spread offense, Flores also rushed 54 times for 174 yards and two touchdowns on the year … started the Virginia State game, completing his only pass attempt for five yards while running seven times for 17 yards … was 2-for-3 for 61 yards passing at West Virginia … notched season highs of 13 carries and 48 rushing yards to go with his first collegiate touchdown, a 1-yard run, at Charleston Southern … had his best day passing in the loss to Bethune-Cookman, when he completed 3-of-4 throws for 64 yards … scored his second rushing TD of the year at Savannah State .. finished that game with seven rushes for 35 yards to go with his 4-yard TD run.
At UCF
Redshirted the 2009 season at UCF before playing primarily as the Knights’ “wildcat” quarterback in 2010, rushing six times for 48 yards.
High School
Was a two-time All-Dade County pick for North Miami Beach and was an all-state selection as a junior … rated a three-star recruit by both Rivals.Com and Scout.Com … rated the No. 31 high school QB in the country according to Rivals … completed 135-of-210 passes (64 percent) for 1,517 yards and 17 touchdowns as a senior en route to first-team All-Dade County honors … also had 60 tackles and three interceptions that season … honorable mention All-Dade as a junior.
