Saw action in 10 games at fullback … started three times, against Maine, Buffalo and Morgan State … a key blocker for NSU’s offense, Wade ran two times for negative-3 yards on the year, with both attempts coming against N.C. Central.

2013 (Freshman)
Played in 11 games (all but Maine) … got three starts on the year, vs. Charleston Southern, Savannah State and Bethune-Cookman … primarily a blocking fullback, Wade rushed eight times for 26 yards on the year and caught five passes for 38 yards and a touchdown … scored his first collegiate touchdown on a 1-yard reception on 4^th-and-goal against CSU … caught three passes for 29 yards at Bethune-Cookman, with a long of 16 yards … had a season-high three carries for 11 yards against S.C. State … season-long rush was a 10-yarder vs. FAMU … earned a spot on the NSU Athletics Director’s Honor Roll for the fall 2013 semester.

Three-year letterwinner in football and basketball and lettered all four years in track… played both fullback and tight end for Franklin County … also threw the shot put and discus for the FCHS track team … was Northwest Region outdoor discus champion and placed fifth at the region meet in the shot put as a senior … was a state Group AAA indoor meet qualifier in the shot put.
