Saw action in 11 games and started nine times at free safety … tied for second on the team with three interceptions … also made 35 total tackles, one for a loss … had five games with four or more tackles … made five stops (four assisted) at Rutgers … intercepted his first career pass the following week against Charleston Southern … had a career-high seven tackles, forced a fumble and intercepted a pass in the win against Savannah State … also made four tackles against both DSU and Bethune-Cookman … broke up one pass against Hampton … missed the game at N.C. Central due to illness … made his third interception of the year against S.C. State … earned a spot on the NSU Athletics Director’s Honor Roll for the fall 2013 semester.

Played in eight games in his rookie year, participating on special teams and in the defensive backfield … made his first career start as NSU’s nickelback against Savannah State … made seven tackles for the year, including one for a loss … had three tackles in the win over SSU … had two stops, including one for a loss, in the victory over Morgan State.
