2016-17: Indoor: Racked up two first-place finishes, in the 60 hurdles (8.11) and 4x400 relay, at the CNU Holiday Open … Won the 60 hurdles at the Vince Brown Invitational (8.15) … Clocked a PR of 7.98 in the finals of the MEAC Indoor Championships to claim third place. Outdoor: Won the 110 meter hurdles in 14.85 and was runner-up in the 400 hurdles (53.62) at the Fred Hardy Invitational … Was also second in the 400 hurdles at the Charlotte Invitational (52.91) and ran relay legs on first-place teams at the Colonial Relays (sprint medley) and Morgan State Legacy Meet (4x100). 

2015-16: Indoor: Competed in the 60, 60 hurdles, 400 and 4x400 relay during indoor season … Took fifth place at the MEAC Indoor Championship in the 60 hurdles (8.15) and helped the 4x400 relay team finish in sixth place (3:20.10) … Won the 60-meter hurdles at the Penn State Relays in a personal-best time of 8.08 seconds … Was second in the event at the CNU Holiday Open (8.32) and Captains Invitational (8.19) and seventh at the UNC Art & Linda Maillet Open … Ran an indoor 400m PR of 50.36 to place fifth at the Vince Brown Invitational. Outdoor: NCAA East Preliminary Round qualifier in the 400 hurdles … Set a new PR and ran his regional qualifying time of 52.33 seconds at Richmond’s Fred Hardy Invitational in March … Ran in both the 110 and 400 hurdles and in both the 4x100 and 4x400 relay events at the MEAC Outdoor Championship … Placed 12th at the MEAC meet in the 400 hurdles before earning a fifth-place finish in the 110 hurdles … Clocked a 110m hurdles PR of 14.27 in the prelims and ran a 14.32 in the finals … Helped the 4x100 relay team take eighth place (41.07) and the 4x400 team earn sixth (3:12.98) at the conference meet … Ran a time of 53.00 in the prelims of the NCAA East Preliminary Meet. 

2014-15: Indoor: Competed in the 60, 200, 400, 60 hurdles and 4x400 relay during his debut season … Ran a leg on NSU’s 4x400 team that was sixth at the Penn State Relays in a season-best time of 3:22.73 … Came in ninth in the 60 meters at the CNU Vince Brown Invitational (7.06) … Ran the 60 hurdles at the Penn State National (8.38 seconds). Outdoor: Emerged as NSU’s top 400-meter hurdler … Won the 400 hurdles at Morgan State in a PR of 52.64 seconds … Placed fourth at the Colonial Relays (53.27) and third at the Hampton Relays (53.47).

High School: Competed three years in track and field for Campbell … Was Georgia state 6A champion in both the 110 and 300 hurdles, earning MVP honors at the state meet … Ranked fourth in the nation his senior year in the 300 hurdles, with a top time of 36.54 seconds … That ranked as the fourth-fastest time in Georgia high school history … Also rated among the tops in the nation in the 110 hurdles (13.81, wind-aided) and 400 hurdles (52.74, 12th-best) … Also won the state outdoor title in the 300 hurdles and placed second in the 110 hurdles as a junior.
