2016-17: Named to the NSU Athletic Director’s Honor Roll for fall and spring semesters and was selected to the MEAC All-Academic Team. Indoor: Opened up indoor season with a fifth-place showing in the heptathlon at the Captains Invitational (3,976 points) … Posted a score of 4,155 points in the heptathlon at the Liberty Kickoff, which included a first-place showing in the 1,000 meters … Logged a new PR of 4,258 points and finished ninth at the MEAC Indoor Championships. Outdoor: Ran a leg on the 4x400 relay team that won its event at the Tribe Invitational and placed fifth at the Fred Hardy Invitational … In his first decathlon of the season, placed fifth with a total of 5,424 points at the Charlotte Invitational … Capped his career with a fifth-place finish in the decathlon at the MEAC Outdoor Championships … Logged a personal-best 5,639 points at the meet, thanks in part to a win in the 1,500 meters of the event.
2015-16: Cross Country: Earned his second varsity letter for cross country. Indoor: Ran on NSU’s first-place 4x400 relay team (3:25.10) at the CNU Holiday Open … Took fifth place in the heptathlon at the CNU Captains Invitational with a score of 3,976 points … Placed ninth at the MEAC Indoor Championships in the heptathlon with a score of 4,091 points … Named to the NSU AD’s Honor Roll for the fall semester. Outdoor: Competed in the 4x400 relay and 400 hurdles (season-best 57.23) at Richmond’s Fred Hardy Invitational … Also ran the 800 at the Colonial Relays and the 400 hurdles at both the NSU Twilight Meet and the Hampton Relays … Took fourth place in the decathlon at the MEAC Outdoor Championships, with 5,468 points … Won the decathlon 1,500 meters at the MEAC meet and was third in the 400 meters and pole vault … Named to the MEAC All-Academic Team.

Outdoor: Competed in six meets in either the 4x400 relay, 400m hurdles or both … Season-best 400 hurdles time was a 55.57 at the Virginia Invitational, which earned him a fifth-place finish.
