2017-18: Named to the NSU Athletics Director’s Honor Roll for both semesters … Also a member of the MEAC All-Academic Team. Cross Country: Ran in three meets, the William & Mary and Cappy Anderson invitational meets and the MEAC Championships … Season-best 8K time was 29:08.5, good for 46th at the MEAC meet. Indoor: Did not run in any meets. Outdoor: Competed in the 10,000 meters at the Fred Hardy Invitational, placing fourth in 36:52.85.

2016-17: Named to the NSU AD’s Honor Roll for both semesters and was selected to the MEAC All-Academic Team. Cross Country: Opened the season with a 19th-place finish on the Panorama Farms 4,000-meter course at the Virginia Duals (13:35) … Crossed the line at the William and Mary Invitational in a 6K time of 20:56.1, good enough for a 42nd-place finish … Placed 16th at the East Carolina Pirate Invitational in a time of 17:01.56 … Ran a season-best 8K time of 28:39.5 at the George Mason Invitational, finishing 39th … Completed the season with a 42nd-place finish at the Mid-Eastern Athletic Championship in a time of 29:16.5. Indoor: Participated in one meet, finishing seventh in the 5,000 meters at the Art & Linda Maillet UNC Open. Outdoor: Competed in the 10,000 at two meets … Was runner-up at the Tribe Invitational in 35:33.58, then placed fourth in the 10K in a season-best 34:01.44 at the CNU New Captains Classic … Also ran the 5K at the Virginia Grand Prix, finishing 17th in 17:00.78. 
 
2015-16: Cross Country: Made his collegiate debut by posting a time of 14:15.82 at the University of Virginia Duals … Recorded a time of 18:49.14 at the 5K Maryland Eastern Shore Lid-Lifter … Clocked a 21:17.03 at the William and Mary 6K Invitational … Placed 17th overall in 28:59.67 at the Delaware State Farm Run … Finished his freshman season with a time of 26:59 at the Christopher Newport Invitational. Indoor: Posted a season-best 3,000-meter time of 9:45.91 in a fifth-place showing at the Hampton Indoor Invitational … Also ran the 5,000 meters at the CNU Vince Brown Invitational, finishing in a PR of 16:34.61. Outdoor: Placed second in the 10,000 meters at Richmond’s Fred Hardy Invitational … Won the 10,000 in a season-best time of 32:56.54 at the NSU Twilight Meet … Took 11th in the event at the MEAC Outdoor Championships (34:04.85) … Named to the NSU Athletics Director’s Honor Roll for the spring semester.
