2018-19: Indoor: Ran a leg on NSU’s winning 4x400 relay team at the VMI Keydet Invitational and the third-place team at the Virginia Tech Invitational … Ran a season-best 400m time of 49.42 in a fourth-place finish at the JDL DMR Invitational … Was ninth in the 400m at the MEAC Indoor Championships … Ran on NSU’s third-place 4x400 and DMR teams at the conference indoor meet. Outdoor: Ran on NSU’s winning sprint medley relay and fourth-place 4x400 relay team at the Colonial Relays … Placed eighth in the 400m and ninth in the 200m (PR, 21.62) at the Virginia Grand Prix (48.32) … Finished 10th in the 400m at the MEAC Outdoor Championships in a season-best time of 47.50 … Also ran legs on the 4x100 (sixth place) and 4x400 (fourth place) at the conference outdoor meet.

2017-18: Indoor: Made his mark in relay events during indoor season … Helped the 4x400 relay team win its event at the Jack Pyrah Invitational, take second at the Penn State National, sixth at the Keydet Invitational and fourth at the MEAC Indoor Championship … Also ran a leg on the fifth-place distance medley relay team at the conference meet … Individually, placed fifth in the 500 at Jack Pyrah (1:06.13) and sixth at Penn State (PR, 1:05.03) … Took fifth place in the 400 at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational (49.27), qualifying him for the conference championship. Outdoor: Ran a leg on the fourth-place 4x400 relay squad at the Weems Baskin Invitational and first-place 4x400 team at the Fred Hardy Invitational … That was part of a strong effort by Pinder at the Fred Hardy meet, where he also took third in the 400 meters (48.59) and seventh in the 200 (PR, 22.36) … Also finished sixth in the 400 at the Virginia Grand Prix (47.99) … Established a new 400 PR of 47.28 at the MEAC Outdoor Championship, finishing one place out of qualifying for the finals … Also ran on NSU’s 4x400 relay team which placed eighth, and the 4x100 team which was 10th at the conference outdoor meet.

2016-17: Indoor: Focused primarily on the 800 meters and relay events during indoor season … Ran a leg on the NSU 4x400 relay team that won the event at the CNU Holiday Open, placed third at the Art & Linda Maillet UNC Open, fourth at the CNU Captains Invitational, fifth at the Penn State National and sixth at the MEAC Indoor Championships … Also ran a leg on the Spartans’ third-place distance medley relay team … Top 800m finish as a fifth-place showing at the CNU Vince Brown Invitational (1:59.83) … Placed third in the 600 meters at the CNU Holiday Open (1:22.70). Outdoor: Again served as a key cog on the 4x400 relay squad … Helped that team claim fourth at the Tribe Invitational, a gold medal at the Fred Hardy Invitational and a sixth-place finish at the MEAC Outdoor Championships … Individually, made a successful switch to the 400 meters … Placed third in the quarter-mile at the Fred Hardy meet (48.48), fourth the Charlotte Invitational (48.51) and fifth at the Virginia Grand Prix (48.22) … Broke 48 seconds for the first two times in his career at the conference outdoor meet … Posted a PR of 47.48 in the prelims and a 47.95 in the finals, good for sixth place.

2015-16: Cross Country: Earned a letter as a member of the cross country team. Indoor: Competed in the 800 meters and on the longer relays for NSU … Was third in the 600 meters at the CNU Holiday Open … Took second in the 500 meters (1:05.95) and with the 4x400 relay team at the Hampton Indoor Invitational … Helped the 4x400 relay win its event at the UNC Open (3:21.97) and the CNU Vince Brown Invitational (3:20.19) … Helped the Spartans score points at the MEAC Indoor Championships in two relays … Aided the distance medley relay to a third-place finish (10:23.43) and the 4x400 relay to a sixth-place showing. Outdoor: Ran individual events ranking from the 400 to 1,500 meters and also was a key figure on the 4x400 relay … Clocked a season-best 800m time of 1:55.56 in the prelims at the MEAC Outdoor Championships, finishing 13th … Was seventh in the event at the Morgan State Legacy Meet (1:55.85) … Helped the 4x400 relay team take sixth place at the MEAC outdoor meet in a season-best time of 3:12.98 … The 4x400’s next-fastest time was a 3:15.69, good for second place at the season-opening Fred Hardy Invitational at the University of Richmond.
 
High School: A four-year track standout at St. Augustine’s College High School … Won Bahamas Association of Independent Secondary Schools championships in the 400, 800, 1,500 and both the 4x100 and 4x400 relay teams his senior year … Also was national champion in the 4x400 relay and was a silver medalist in the boys 800 meters at the 2015 CARIFTA Games … BAISS champion in the 800 and 4x400 relay as a junior … Was also national champion in the 400 and 800 that year … CARIFTA 4x400 silver medalist in 2014 … His 4x400 relay team set the new BAISS record that year, as well … 800m national champion as a sophomore and junior.
