2006-07 (Junior Season)
Threw a season-best 51-5 ½ in the shot put at the Delaware State Invitational…came in fifth in the shot put at the MEAC Outdoor Championship (50-2 3/4)…was sixth in the discus outdoors (141-1)…placed fifth in the shot put indoors (49-10).
2005-06 (Sophomore Season)
Came in fifth in the shot put (47-2) and 10th in the discus (125-7) at the conference outdoor championship…also placed fifth at the conference indoor meet (47-7) in the shot put.
2004-05 (Freshman Season)
Claimed fourth place in the shot put at the MEAC Indoor Championship (47-0)…took fifth place in the shot put at the MEAC Outdoor Championship (47-5)…was also 13th in the discus (130-8).
High School
Lettered in football and track at DeMatha…broke the school shot put record as a sophomore.
