Cross Country: NSU cross country team’s Most Improved Runner … Posted an 8K PR of 25:58.4 in a 32nd-place finish at the ECU Pirate Invitational … Ran a time of 26:54.1 at the MEAC Championships, placing 19th overall. Indoor: Placed fifth in the 3,000 meters in the team’s first meet of the season, the Jack Pyrah Invitational … Ran 11th in the 5,000 at the VMI Keydet Invitational (16:02.85) … Finished sixth at the VMI Winter Relays in the 5K in 15:37.87 … Finished seventh in the 3,000m at the MEAC Indoor Championships (9:00.71, PR) and ninth in the 5,000. Cross Country: Opened the season with a 17th-place finish on the Panorama Farms 4,000-meter course at the Virginia Duals in a time of 13:25 … Followed it up with a 20th-place finish at the William and Mary Invitational with a time of 19:59.8 on the 6K course … Registered a season-best 10th-place finish at the East Carolina Pirate Invitational with a time of 16:12.49 on the 5K course … Posted an 8K personal-best time at the George Mason Invitational with a time of 26:06 to place 16th … Finished in 106th-place at the NCAA Pre-Nationals with a time of 26:53.5. Indoor: Registered a trio of top-10 finishes during the regular season … Placed ninth in the 3,000 at the CNU Holiday Open (8:55.64) … Was seventh in the mile at the Art & Linda Maillet UNC Open (4:33.14) and sixth at the CNU Captains Invitational (4:34.06) … Was 11th in the 3,000m at the MEAC Indoor Championships (8:59.20). 2015-16: Cross Country: Made his Spartan debut and was second among NSU's finishers at the Delaware State Farm Run with a time of 27:47.44… Finished ninth at the Christopher Newport Invitational with a time of 26:54… Closed out his freshman campaign with a 27:34.10 at the MEAC Championship, placing 23rd overall. Indoor: Ran the mile and 3,000 meters … Placed fifth at the Hampton Indoor invitational in the mile (4:34.82) … Captured third place in the 3,000 meters at the UNC Open (9:20.46) … Placed sixth in the mile at the CNU Captains Invitational (4:34.06) …  Season-best 3,000 meter time was 9:14.50 at the CNU Vince Brown Invitational. Outdoor: Competed in events ranging from the 800 to the 5,000 … Placed third in the 3,000m steeplechase at the NSU Twilight Meet (10:27.68) … Took two top-five finishes in the 5,000 meters at the Morgan State Legacy Meet … Placed fourth in the steeplechase (season-best 10:04.71) and was fifth in the 5,000 meters (16:21.71), both season-bests … Placed 10th in the steeplechase at the MEAC Outdoor Championships.
