Named to the 2007 All-Metro first team after winning the discus (121-10½) and the triple jump (35-10¾) at the 2007 Maryland Outdoor Regional Championship and placing second in the discus (118-5) and winning the triple jump (36-3½) at the Maryland Class 3A State Championship… hit a mark of 35-6 in the shot put to the take title at the 2007 Howard County Championship…. set the Pikesville Track Classic meet record in the discus with a throw of 114-4 in 2006…won the regional and state discus titles as a sophomore in 2005 with marks of 110-2 and 117-3, respectively.
