400 Hurdles: 1:06.57 (High School)
2017-18: Indoor: Competed in just one meet during indoor season, running the 500 meters at the Keydet Invitational. Outdoor: Ran in five meets, competing mostly in the 400 meters and 400 meter dash … Finished in the top 10 in both events at the Fred Hardy Invitational, with season-best times of 1:07.46 in the 400 meters (10th place) and 1:12.66 in the 400 hurdles (ninth place) … Was also 13th in the 400 hurdles at the Charlotte Invitational and 10th in the same event at the Virginia Grand Prix.
High School: Four-year letterwinner at Menchville … Placed third in her conference, sixth in the region and qualified for the state outdoor meet her senior season in the 300m hurdles … Was also an all-state performer for Menchville’s 4x100 relay team … Qualified for the state indoor meet in the 300 meters and as part of the 4x800 meter relay team her senior season … Was named the team’s top senior female track and field athlete … As a junior, won the conference title and again qualified for the state outdoor championship in the 300 hurdles … Placed second at the prestigious Conn-Madden Relays in the 400 hurdles and qualified for the New Balance Outdoor Nationals … Ran on the MHS state qualifying 4x100 and 4x400 relay teams during outdoor season, and the 4x200 and 4x400 teams during indoor season.
