2006-07 (Junior Year)
Took home the title in the 400-meter hurdles in 1:03.12 at the NSU Collegiate Open and had the Spartans’ top performance in the event (1:02.08) at the Morgan State Legacy meet…finished seventh in the 400-meter hurdles at the Colonial Relays in 1:04.89.
2005-06 (Sophomore Year)
Ran on the distance medley team that finished fifth at the MEAC Indoor Championship…was the team’s Most Improved Cross Country Runner…finished eighth at the UMES Lid-Lifter in 25:35 (5K)…ran a season-best 5K at the MEAC Championship (22:44)…ran a 25:04 5K at the Towson Invitational and a 28:13 6K at the William & Mary Tribe Open.
2004-05 (Freshman Year)
Ran a 1:03.59 in the 400 meters and a 9.72 in the preliminaries of the 60-meter hurdles at the CNU Indoor Classic…posted a time of 1:06.07 in the 400 hurdles at the North Carolina A&T Aggie Relays.
High School
Had personal bests in the 100-meter hurdles (15.09) and the 300-meter hurdles (45.12) as a senior at the 2004 Peninsula District Meet…qualified for the state championship meet with those performances…finished ninth at the state meet in the 300 hurdles in 46.31.
