Biography
2006-07 (Sohpomore Year)
Finished fourth in the discus (132-1) and fifth in the shot put (42-8¼) at the MEAC Outdoor Championship…led the team in those events at every meet in which she participated…won the discus at the Delaware State Invitational with a throw of 134-3.
2005-06 (Freshman Year)
Won the discus title at the MEAC Outdoor Championship with a throw of 146-0 and finished fifth in the shot put (42-8½)…played in three games on the women’s basketball team.
High School
Lettered four years in track, three in basketball and two in volleyball…earned the basketball Captain’s Award and averaged almost 12 rebounds per game as a senior…was a two-time All-Region 5 pick in volleyball…was the state 3A champion in the shot put and discus as a senior, and won the region titles in both events as a junior and senior.
