NORFOLK, Va.
– The Norfolk State men's tennis team dropped a 7-0 decision to UNC Greensboro on Saturday morning at the Folkes-Stevens Indoor Tennis Center at Old Dominion.

NSU's lone win of the day came at No. 1 doubles, as the team of juniors Miroslav Vlcek (Vyskov, Czech Republic) and Petr Krakora (Brno, Czech Republic) earned an 8-3 win over Andrey Bubnov and Arsel Kumdereli. But UNCG rallied to win the final two doubles matches, winning the doubles point.

UNCG also won all six singles matches, with Vlcek and Krakora extending their matches to three sets before falling.

NSU returns to action on Feb. 9 at William & Mary.
