NSU Hosts Delaware State for Senior Day, Military Appreciaion Day

The NSU football seniors have been apart of 20 wins the last four years.
Game Notes

NORFOLK, Va.
- The NSU football team (4-6 overall, 3-4 MEAC) hosts Delaware State this Saturday at 1 p.m. at Dick Price Stadium. The game is the Spartans' home finale and the final home game in the careers of 20 members of the football team. ESPNU will televise the game on a tape-delay basis beginning at 10:30 p.m. Saturday night.

The game has been designated Military Appreciation Day. All active duty and retired military in uniform get in free. Active duty and retired military not in uniform but with their military ID will be admitted at the discounted price of $10.

NSU has won its last two games, over Howard and Morgan State, by a combined score of 84-21. The Spartans forced seven turnovers last week in the win over second-place MSU. With a win this Saturday, the Spartans would clinch the second-best MEAC record in program history and snap a five-game losing streak against the Hornets.

DSU has lost three in a row after last week's 27-26 home loss to Winston-Salem State.
