Spartans Open MEAC Play, Face N.C. A&T Saturday on ESPNU

NORFOLK, Va.
- Norfolk State (1-1, 0-0 MEAC) opens its 2008 MEAC schedule when it hosts North Carolina A&T (2-0, 0-0 MEAC) on Saturday at 4 p.m. at Dick Price Stadium in the 61st Annual Fish Bowl Classic. The game has also been dsignated Youth Day.

Saturday's game will represent the Spartans' first TV appearance on ESPNU this year. The game is set for a tape-delayed broadcast beginning at 10:30 p.m. on Saturday. 

NSU is coming off a 38-3 loss at Kentucky last week. The Aggies, who had the longest losing streak in the nation at 27 games entering the season, have started 2-0 for the first time since 2003 after wins over Johnson C. Smith and Winston-Salem State.
