Spartan Football Resumes MEAC Play at Bethune-Cookman Saturday

NSU Looks for 2-0 MEAC Start

NORFOLK, Va. - The NSU football team (2-2, 1-0 MEAC) resumes conference play this Saturday when it travels to Daytona Beach, Fla. to face the Bethune-Cookman Wildcats (2-2, 0-1). Kickoff is at 4 p.m. from Municipal Stadium.

NSU is 0-6 all-time against the Wildcats in Daytona. B-CU owns a 12-6 all-time edge against NSU. The Spartans snapped a nine-game losing streak to B-CU with a 38-31, come-from-behind win last year in Norfolk. NSU head coach Pete Adrian is 1-2 against the school where he used to serve as defensive coordinator, with the three contests decided by a total of 10 points.
