NORFOLK, Va. — Due to inclement weather in the Hampton Roads area and heavy rains expected over the weekend, the 2009 Spartan Softball Classic has been cancelled.

The Spartans (11-9) return to action on Wednesday in a non-conference doubleheader against Howard at 3 p.m.
