NORFOLK, Va. – A performance by local recording artists The Fuzz Band and an antique/custom car show will be the highlights of the Spartan Fan Zone on Saturday, Oct. 15, prior to the NSU vs. Hampton State Farm Battle of the Bay football game. The car show begins at noon and the Fuzz Band performance starts at 1 p.m. inside Marty L. Miller Baseball Field.
There will also be live radio remotes, giveaways and free food sampling available for fans beginning at noon and ending at 3 p.m. Admission to the Fan Zone is free with a student ID or ticket to the football game, which kicks off at 4 p.m. at Dick Price Stadium. The Fuzz Band is a high-energy group that performs R&B, funk and hip-hop with a twist of go-go.
