ORMOND BEACH, Fla. - The Norfolk State-Savannah State softball game has been postponed until Saturday morning at 9 a.m. because of a two-hour lightning delay on Friday night. The two teams will finish out their game with the Spartans leading 5-1 in the bottom of the fifth.

The winner will turn right around and face Hampton at 11 a.m. on Saturday in the MEAC Championship final. The NSU-Savannah State winner will need to win twice over Hampton to capture the MEAC title.
