NORFOLK, Va. – Naz Karagoz earned her team-leading third singles victory on the year in Norfolk State's 5-1 loss to South Carolina State on Friday.
Due to the threat of incoming inclement weather, the match started with singles play. The Lady Bulldogs (5-2) clinched the match during singles competition, so no doubles matches were contested.

The Spartans could not build any momentum from Karagoz's victory, dropping the other five singles flights.
