NORFOLK, Va. – Due to the forecast of inclement weather, the Spartan Golf Tournament Committee has postponed the July 2 Spartan Golf Tournament to Friday, July 30. The July 30 event will take place at the same location, Bide-A-Wee Golf Course in Portsmouth, and have the same planned 9 a.m. shotgun start.
The July 2 event was sold out at 124 participants. The golfers and sponsors for the July 2 event will shift to the July 30 event. If the date change causes a conflict for any of the participants, they should contact
