NORFOLK, Va. – The Norfolk State volleyball program announced its 2021 recruiting class today. Three junior college transfers will be joined by five incoming freshmen in forming the eight-member class for the upcoming season.
Among the group are three middle blockers, two outside hitters, a pair of setters, and a libero. They will add to a program that returns nine players from last year's squad.
"We wanted to bring in players who know how to win and have that winning mindset," said head coach
Kathy Bullock. "We have done exactly that while adding a lot of depth for this year. There are no more missing pieces to our team. Now we can work on putting those pieces together and moving forward as a program."
