NORFOLK, Va. | Norfolk State University head softball coach Carrie Hoeft announced on Friday a schedule adjustment ahead of this weekend's Battle at the Bay Tournament.
 
The Spartans who are cohosting the Battle at the Bay Tournament with Hampton University announced that Saturday's games will be canceled due to inclement weather. The tournament will resume on Sunday with games likely starting as early as 9 A.M.
 
Norfolk State (6-2) opened the season last week at home as they hosted the NSU-HU Classic where they faced Bucknell, Wagner, and Georgetown in a three game weekend sweep.
