NORFOLK, Va.--- Norfolk State senior
Raphael Kitur received his third MEAC Cross Country Runner of the Week Honor on Wednesday afternoon.
Kitur delivered a strong performance in the 8k against 21 teams, clocking a personal best time of 23:44.50 to place second at the ECU Pirate Invitational.
Norfolk State will next compete in Earlysville, Va. on Oct. 19, at the Panorama Farms Invite.
