WASHINGTON D.C. --- The Norfolk State women's basketball team closes its road stretch with a neutral site meeting against Saint Louis on Saturday, Dec. 7 in Washington D.C.
The Spartans and the Billikens are set for an 11:30 a.m. tipoff at the Coaches vs. Racism Roundball Classic at the Entertainment & Sports Arena.
Last time out, NSU fell to Green Bay 55-54 in its final game at the Discover Puerto Rico Shootout on Saturday, Nov. 26.
Graduate guard
Diamond Johnson led NSU in scoring with 17 points, eight rebounds, four assists, and two steals.
Kierra Wheeler (14) and
Anjanae Richardson (10) each scored double figures for the Spartans in the loss.
Saturday's contest will stream live on Ryz Sports Network, available for free on Samsung TV Plus channel 1002. WNSB 91.1 FM will also provide radio coverage, with Ross Gordon on the call.
