The Spartans rose five spots in the USTFCCA Southeast rankings from their previous No. 18 ranking to No. 13 this week.Â

The USTFCCA is a non-profit professional organization representing cross country and track & field coaches of all levels.

Norfolk State also came in ranked 73rd in the national poll, its highest ranking since 2013.
