NORFOLK, Va. — Norfolk State Athletics announced on Wednesday that the Spartans' football matchup against Old Dominion University on Saturday, Sept. 5, 2026 will kick off at 6 p.m. at S.B. Ballard Stadium. The contest will broadcast live on ESPN+.
The meeting marks the second game of the 2026 season for Norfolk State and the Spartans' first road contest of the year. The in-state matchup renews the regional rivalry between the two programs and serves as one of the marquee non-conference games on Norfolk State's 2026 schedule.
Under second-year head coach Michael Vick, the Spartans will play six home games at William 'Dick' Price Stadium during the 2026 campaign.
