Played three years of varsity volleyball for coach Bill Slaughter…was named to the Yadkin Valley All-Conference team as a junior and senior…received the volleyball team’s MVP award as a junior…was a scholar athlete in each of her four years at Chatham Central…also competed on the track and field team for the Bears…was a four-time all-conference pick in the 4x100, 4x200 and the high jump…finished second in the high jump at the 2007 Outdoor NCHAA 1-A Midwest Regional…set her personal record of 5-2 in the high jump at that event.
