NORFOLK, Va. - The Norfolk State men's basketball team (2-4) returns to the court from a nine-day break for first-semester exams to face Fairleigh Dickinson. Game time is 7 p.m. Monday at the Rothman Center in Hackensack, N.J.

The teams have never faced before.

The Spartans won their last contest, an 82-76 triumph over North Carolina A&T on Dec. 1 in the MEAC opener for both. FDU (1-5) is on a three-game losing streak following a 90-77 loss to Long Island on Saturday in the teams' Northeast Conference opener.
