NORFOLK, Va. - Promote your Spartan Spirit by wearing green and gold for 2013 College Colors Day on Friday. Norfolk State fans are encouraged to wear their favorite college apparel throughout the day.

Fans can share their NSU spirit on Twitter using hash tag #collegecolors.

College Colors Day is an annual event that celebrates the kick-off of the academic and athletic year. The event began in 2005 and continues to rapidly grow throughout the country each year. Over 150 collegiate competitors are participating this year.

The annual competition is presented by the Collegiate Licensing Company (CLC), a division of IMG College, and NCAA Football.
