ITA Regional Bracket

BLACKSBURG, Va. – Sophomore Liza Gordeeva and junior Andrea Macchiavello competed over the weekend at the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Atlantic Regional at Virginia Tech's Burrows-Burleson Tennis Center.
 
Gordeeva took part in the singles main draw, where she suffered a 6-1, 6-0 loss to Leeza Nemchinov of William & Mary on Saturday.
 
A day earlier on Friday, Gordeeva and Macchiavello faced the Virginia Tech duo of Katherine Butler and Sansitha Nandakumar in the main doubles draw. The NSU tandem fell by an 8-3 score.
 
The women's team will compete at the ECU Invitational this Friday and Saturday.
