NORFOLK, Va. – The seedings are set and the brackets are out now for the 2015 MEAC Men's and Women's Basketball Championships at the Norfolk Scope Arena beginning on Monday. The Spartan women will open up the tournament on Monday morning, while the men earned a bye and will play in the quarterfinals on Wednesday evening.
