Tribe Invitational ResultsWILLIAMSBURG, Va. – Haileyesus Demsie clocked a 6K time of 19 minutes, 37.79 seconds to earn 10th place for the NSU men's cross country team at the William & Mary Tribe Invitational on Friday night.
The Spartans finished fourth out of four teams competing, trailing William & Mary, CNU and Charlotte.
Desmond Fogg was NSU's next-highest finisher, taking 31st overall in 20:36.89.
David Kibet was close behind in 21:04.91, good for 36th overall.
Joseph Wanene (21:17.03, 39th place) and
William Brown Jr. (21:43.98, 41st place) rounded out the Spartans' top five.
NSU has this weekend off before returning to action on Oct. 2 at the Delaware State Hornet Invitational.
