NORFOLK, Va. – 16 student-athletes walked across the stage at Echols Hall over the weekend at Norfolk State University's fall commencement ceremony, receiving their respective degrees after years of diligence in the classroom.
The NSU baseball team earned the most representation at Saturday's event, accounting for four graduates, while men's track followed closely behind with three. Women's track, volleyball, softball, each tallied two graduates at the ceremony, and football, men's tennis, and bowling rounded out the list with one student-athlete each as well.
