NORFOLK, Va. --- Graduate guard Diamond Johnson picked up her fourth Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Player of the Week honors of the season, announced by the conference office Monday afternoon.  
 
Johnson led the Spartans to their second SEC upset victory of the season on Sunday, Dec. 29, taking down Auburn 63-57. She recorded her second double-double of the 2024-25 campaign with 17 points and 11 rebounds. Johnson also added four steals and three assists to her stellar performance. 
 

Johnson and the rest of the Norfolk State women's basketball team return to action at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 4 at Echols Hall against Maryland Eastern Shore.
