NORFOLK, Va. --- Norfolk State senior
Raphael Kitur was named MEAC Cross Country Co-Runner of the week following his performance at the UMES Opener.
Kitur won the men's 5k race, clocking the top time of 15:44.80. The Spartans as a team placed runners 1-2-3-4 to claim first place at the meet with 25 team points.
Norfolk State will next compete at the Virginia Invitational on Sep. 14, in Earlysville, Va.
