NORFOLK, Va. --- Norfolk State quarterback
Jalen Daniels was named the MEAC Co-Offensive Player of the Week, the conference office announced Monday afternoon.
Daniels registered 231 yards of total offense in the 28-23 victory over Virginia State. He completed 14-of-21 passes for 210 yards and one touchdown. On the ground, he recorded 31 yards and a touchdown on 11 carries.
Norfolk State will return to action on Saturday, Sep. 14, taking Hampton for the Battle of the Bay at 4 p.m. at William "Dick" Price Stadium.
