NORFOLK, Va. --- The Norfolk State Athletics Department watched 35 student-athletes crossed the stage on Saturday morning at William "Dick" Price Stadium, receiving their diplomas to mark a tremendous milestone in their academic journeys.
Eight members of the Spartan football team earned degrees on Saturday, leading all athletic programs. Six women's basketball student athletes gradated that morning as well, while men's basketball (4), softball (4), men's track (4), baseball (3), volleyball (3), women's track (2), bowling (1), and men's tennis (1) rounded out the list.
