NORFOLK, Va. --- Norfolk State track and field athletes
Brooklyn Robinson and
Kristopher Stephens earned Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) weekly honors, the conference office announced on Wednesday morning.

Robinson received Women's Track Athlete of the Week honors, while Stephens claimed Men's Field Athlete of the Week recognition.

Robinson placed seventh in the 100-meter hurdles at the Penn Relays, clocking a time of 13.50. She also ran a leg on the 4x100-meter relay team, which posted a time of 47.00 at the meet.

Stephens finished second in the triple jump at the Penn Relays with a mark of 15.35 meters, the second-best mark in the MEAC this season. He also cleared 1.96 meters in the high jump, placing 14th.

Norfolk State returns to action at the MEAC Outdoor Championships, scheduled for May 14-16 at William "Dick" Price Stadium in Norfolk.
