All-American Championships Tournament Central
TULSA, Okla. – Juniors
Arsenio Culver and
Ben Marks dropped their first matches Saturday at the D'Novo/ITA All-American Championships at the University of Tulsa's Case Tennis Center.
Culver opened up play in the mid-morning hours against Mark Kovacs of Purdue. The Boilermaker took down Culver, 6-1, 6-4, before also winning his second-round match.
Marks, meanwhile, received a bye in the first round, then dropped a 6-2, 6-1 decision to SMU's Bryan Griffin in a mid-afternoon match.
The players will join their teammates at the Hampton Road Invitational next weekend at Huntington Park in Newport News.
