NORFOLK, Va. – The Hampton Roads Invitational bowling tournament set to take place this weekend has been cancelled.
 
The tournament, hosted every year by the Norfolk State bowling program, was scheduled for Saturday and Sunday at the AMF Lanes in Chesapeake. Due to several teams dropping out, the tournament will no longer be held for this season.
 
NSU bowling will instead kick off its season from Nov. 4-6 at the Virginia Union Invitational.
