NORFOLK, Va. | The Norfolk State University Department of Athletics announced the home kickoff times for the upcoming 2023 football season on Thursday.
 
The Spartans will play host to Virginia State in the Labor Day Classic on September 2, North Carolina A&T State on September 30, Morgan State (Homecoming) on October 28 and South Carolina State on November 18 at William "Dick" Price Stadium. All home games will kickoff at 2 p.m.
 
In addition, game times at Hampton and Towson have also been announced. The Spartans will visit rival Hampton in the Battle of the Bay on September 9 with a 6 p.m. kickoff from Armstrong Stadium. NSU will visit Towson on September 24, with a 4 p.m. from Unitas Stadium.
