NORFOLK, Va. — Season tickets for the 2011 Norfolk State football season are now on sale at the NSU Ticket Office and through all Ticketmaster outlets.

Season ticket prices are $80 for reserved seating, $65 for general admission, and $40 for NSU faculty and staff (maximum of four). Fans have a number of ways to purchase season tickets. A brochure can be downloaded from www.nsuspartans.com and mailed to the NSU Ticket Office. Tickets are also available for purchase in person at the NSU Ticket Office or by calling (757) 823-9009. Fans wishing to purchase through Ticketmaster can call 1-800-745-3000, log onto www.ticketmaster.com or visit any Ticketmaster outlet. Service charges apply to all Ticketmaster orders.

The NSU Ticket Office is open Monday-Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. through July 29. Beginning Aug. 1, the hours will be Monday-Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Single-game tickets will also be available beginning Aug. 1. Season ticket orders will be mailed the week of Aug. 15.

NSU plays five games in the confines of William “Dick” Price Stadium this season, beginning with the return of the Virginia Lottery Labor Day Classic against Virginia State on Sept. 3. In conference play, two of last season's MEAC co-champions visit Dick Price Stadium, as NSU hosts South Carolina State in the annual Fish Bowl Classic on Oct. 1 and 2010 FCS playoff participant Bethune-Cookman on Oct. 22. The Spartans also welcome local rival Hampton in the annual Battle of the Bay game on Oct. 15, and host North Carolina A&T for Homecoming and Senior Day on Oct. 29.
